Utah’s cities, towns, counties, and special service districts choose the Utah Local Governments Trust.

If you are a public agency and are not a member of the Trust, we invite you to join the more than 650 other governmental entities that are. There are no penalties or restrictions if a member chooses to leave the Trust, but leaving is statistically highly unlikely. We have a 5-year member retention of 99.6%—a number unheard of in the industry.
