The below policies and procedure’s for fee’s associated with Public Records Requests (GRAMA) were adopted by the Trust board on August 24, 2018

  • Fee’s will be charged per hour after 15 minutes of work to procure documents for such requests - based on the rate per hour of the employee required to procure such documents.

  • Cost per copy is 20 cents per page for electronic copies/scans and 50 cents per page for hard copies.

  • $10 per Compact Disc.

  • Fee’s associated with mailing and shipping will be the responsibility of the requester.
