The below policies and procedure’s for fee’s associated with Public Records Requests (GRAMA) were adopted by the Trust board on August 24, 2018
Fee’s will be charged per hour after 15 minutes of work to procure documents for such requests - based on the rate per hour of the employee required to procure such documents.
Cost per copy is 20 cents per page for electronic copies/scans and 50 cents per page for hard copies.
$10 per Compact Disc.
Fee’s associated with mailing and shipping will be the responsibility of the requester.
